We are now looking for an HR Partner at Folktandvården Stockholm.

The position is a temporary role where you will work broadly within the entire HR area and be a close support to our managers in both operational and strategic matters.

About the Role

In this role, you will work broadly and consultatively as an HR Partner and support our managers across the entire HR area. You will be a close sounding board for the operations and provide qualified support. The role also includes planning and conducting training initiatives as well as participating in and driving HR-related projects.

The work includes both strategic and operational parts, where you alternate between development work and daily managerial support. The role suits you who thrive in a broad HR role where you handle both complex issues and ongoing matters, and where you work with your colleagues for a sustainable and attractive workplace.

You will be part of the HR and payroll department with 14 engaged colleagues who are happy to share knowledge and develop working methods together. We work in a hybrid setup with work both from our office in Södermalm and from home.

We are looking for someone who has:

• relevant academic education in the HR field
• experience working broadly within HR with managerial support and HR processes
• good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish

It is advantageous for the role if you have experience in regional or municipal operations with associated collective agreements.
